She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) and an MBA with a concentration in International Trade and Business.
At the helm of Freeman Global Inc., Alicia focuses on creating sustainable employment opportunities in Africa, striving to foster economic growth across the continent. Her passion for creating 50,000 BPO jobs in Africa reflects her belief in the continent's potential and her commitment to transforming lives through job creation. With over 25 years of global customer experience (CX) executive expertise, Alicia has honed her skills across diverse industries and regions. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to own multiple successful restaurants and a spa, showcasing her ability to thrive in various business environments. As a real estate investor, Alicia has acquired and managed properties in Atlanta, further diversifying her portfolio.
Alicia's innovative business, Vrooms2GO, gained national recognition when it was featured on the Hulu/A&E series "BIG RV REMIX." Her visionary approach and leadership have been instrumental in driving the success of this venture.

Sarah Quinn
Sarah has spent her career in the Chicago area working in consultative technology sales in AI/CX/BPO/Database/Information Services areas of business. After spending 17 years with Experian as a Vice President of Sales, Sarah has focused on various private equity turnarounds and business development opportunities that have resulted in high-impact dynamic ROI/increase in bottom line revenue. Since she has always provided highly technical, agnostic, data-driven services, Sarah has worked across 19 industries serving clients anywhere from startups to the Fortune 100 including building the 1st original relational databases for Citigroup, Sears, Office Depot, Anheuser Busch, J. Crew, Playboy, GE Services, and Bank of America. Her deep interest in analytics led to the creation of over 200+ predictive regression models that assisted major organizations with the ability to better predict and analyze consumer behavior while improving their overall customer experience.
Due to social media’s acceleration of reporting real-time consumer experiences, organizations no longer have the luxury of not caring about their customer’s experience. Through the advancement of technology and AI, Sarah shifted gears from the collection/reporting of consumer data to focus on improvement of live consumer journeys through concentrating on BPO best practices in the last decade. Sarah’s goal is to be apart of the fastest growing BPO landscape in the world by pioneering the growing opportunities across Africa.
Sarah's deep passion is in providing Social Impact Sourcing Solutions in Africa through AI/BPO/CX services provided to the Fortune 500 that result in moving talented individuals with the deep desire to learn into thriving CX agents moving them from literal poverty into prosperity as well as providing them with a valid career path for lifelong growth. Her deepest hope is to witness at least 1,000,000+ Africans become gainfully employed across the continent to support transformative and generational sustainable community creation.
Sarah grew up in South Jersey, so her love for cheesesteaks & Bruce Springsteen is unmatched! She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. Her #1 priority in life is spending quality time with her family that she adores, traveling the globe, and cultivating her passion for writing.
